I wanted to make a version for IRL, has there been anyone whos not a celebrity or pornstar you've wished to see pregnant? could be anyone coworker, family member, friend etc

A few teachers for sure. The "hot" PE teacher at my high school got pregnant, which was amazing. She kept wearing workout shorts and kept her normal school shirts, so when she got into the 7-9 months you could see her belly underneath. She didn't get big, which was disappointing.

Some of the Mums that came into a cafe I used to manage would be great to see them knocked up again. One specifically would always come in gym wear and she wasn't afraid to show her bump off. Was yummy.

I recently reconnected with an ex (which I wouldn't recommend as a general guideline), but it went well - the interaction was friendly and without an agenda (or want) to reconnect romantically. I'm not going to actively foster this plutonic relationship as we are very, VERY different people now, but if/when she does get pregnant I'm sure she'll invite some level of engagement, whether that's photos or in person belly rubbing.

Honestly, I'll be content to see my future wife swell up with my kids inside her, but it'll be nice to feel around pregnant bellies from friends who consent to my humble request. Of course, this future wife, I haven't met them yet, but I assure myself that once I have the finances and the chance to do so, I'll make myself a large family of our own to match or surpass my family.

Hayley from The Goldbergs (all I got is a dancing vid from IG) so she probably never had it out in TV & sadly she never took any full belly pics or vids.

Candice from The Flash (I get she didn't like being on the show but she could've given us more than 1 video & 2 pics.)

As for real onces.. Jess from Legends.. I hope it got big & I wonder if she made any belly vids?

My mom says she has 3 or 4 kids which means she had to have been preggo during SVU (that explains the season with Stabler & a new female partner, or Liv going to "Computer Crimes". If she has kids then why weren't her pregnancies incorperated into the show? I also would like to know if Kelly has any other good belly content.

I wanted to add my own post, growing up a buddy of mine had an absolutely gorgeous mom, however she was a short stocky lady and i always thought she would've had an insanely huge and perfectly pregnant belly, the closest i got to that was seeing her rub her belly on the couch after dinner when i was at there house one time. still a great moment!

Away from famous women and discussing those who I know or have known personally? Very much so...

In my work life, I can think of two specific examples worthwhile mentioning. Obviously I won't to give out their real name, so I will simply refer to them by the first letter of their names:

'D' - Now in her early 40s and is a mother of two. Very pretty indeed. Long dark brown hair, about 5'6", pale complexion and remains quite slender. Looking at her, you'd be hard pushed to believe she was any older than her early 30s. Mid 30s at an absolute push. I've always got on very well with her and yes, I do have quite a soft spot for her. I have actually worked there during her second pregnancy (I started just before she left for maternity leave for her first) and it was a glorious sight, although most clothes she wore to work, understandably, weren't exactly revealing. Do I wish to have seen her bare pregnant belly? Absolutely. 
'K' - Now entering her late 40s but like 'D' above, doesn't look her age. She does look older than 'D', but late 30s is where I suspect you'd estimate her age to be if you didn't know her. She has one child. She's about 5'9" with long blonde hair with a mildly tanned complexation. She's got a confident personality, slender, sporadically attends a gym and it shows. A tiny bit of flab, but honestly, that's being picky. Occasionally she wears slightly revealing clothes where a bit of bare midriff shows and from what I've seen, her skin appears to be about as flawless as you'll find. Sadly I wasn't working there when she was pregnant but judging from comments I overheard several years ago, she was 'all belly' and nothing else. Again, this is one belly I would have loved to have seen bare and swollen. 

Going back to my younger days, I can think of a few old crushes of mine who I know are now mothers, but would have likely had great visual pregnancies from this fetish's perspective. One of which I did actually bump into at the local pub several years ago. I hadn't actually seen her face-to-face for probably 15 or so years at that point and she didn't look as though she'd aged a day. I was quite taken aback, actually. The other one, who I've only seen subsequent pictures of on social media, still looks as attractive as I remember her also. I do 'kick myself' over both of these, I will admit...
