Are there any public streaming cams positioned like on a busy street in a large city or a beach or something? You could use a screen capture program to get some really nice candid pics/vids. Perhaps this already being done. If anyone knows of a site for this, I would love to see it. Screen capture the screen like overnight and then fast forward the next day to look for goodies!

EarthCam comes to mind, but I doubt the quality (both picture quality and any bellies seen) would be worth the effort.
