Their might be a demon pregnancy in the final season of Evil based on the preview. In 1 season there was a black woman wearing a nice fake belly (her character was carrying some monster baby) & the birth scene was kinda hot.

There's also a good fake belly in a new Ring Alarm commercial. I think the most fake bellies I ever seen at once were: in a Good Luck Charlie episode (women in a restaurant) & The Back Up Plan (movie). There was a nice fake birth scene in a pool in a house in the movie. I only watched it on TV years ago for the big fake bellies.

The Back-Up Plan was one of the first flicks where I found pregnant women to be mighty attractive. Not just with Jennifer Lopez and Maribeth Monroe during the home birth scene (though they were definitely a huge part of my attraction), but even the minor players did something to me that I couldn't explain exactly why at the time (aside from having lovely bellies and nicely chosen clothing that added to their hotness even more).

See 3 women were showing cleavage in the movie. The one with the fake belly showing a little has big boobs. Wish we knew who these women are to see what they looked like when they actually had kids. Idk how many fake bellies were in that movie since I haven't seen it in a while but there was at least 6 I think. Wish there was a BTS of how the birth scene was made. My theory is that the actress pushed a doll head out of her. 

Also I saw "What To Expect When You're Expecting" for the 1st time years ago then The Backup Plan came afterwards on TV. That had to have the most fake bellies ever for any movie. The (idk what kind of convention it was supposed to be like) but Rebel Wilson & Ms Banks were funny. There had to be DOZENZ of fake bellies in that scene alone. If there was a guineas record it should be it. If I remember right there had to be like 40-50 fake bellies of all sizes in that scene. I was amazed by that. There were also some in the scene when Ms Banks character owned a baby & child toy or clothing store.

On my old phone I remember a old Chicago Med episode from fall 2022 had a hot birth scene with a black woman I don't remember the name of the episode. The "One More Shot" episode had some great scenes. Reminds me of an old Mike & Molly episode where Molly & Peggy's friend helped a woman give birth in the car. There was also a scene where they were at a small store & there were 2 women with fake bellies (the cashier ready to pop & a woman with a baby.) 

1 scene I remember from a B movie with a hot woman was called Inside Scarlett. Wokan imagined being pregnant then it turns out she was birthing an egg. Scene was nice. I also saw a lil bit of an old X Files episode called "Signs and Wonders" where a woman was pregnant with & birthing snakes (you saw them come out of her.)

The 1st time I saw a fake belly was in AVP2. I literally tuned out everything else other than that scene. There was a character that was supposed to have great content but got written out. Masters of Horror Pro Life was the 2nd scene I saw on YT then I downloaded it. Then I saw the alienated scene. Good times.
